After the , Suri travelled far and wide and mapped with accuracy many movements.

After the start of the she tried to save as many refugees she could, but in the end her influence was not enough. To save as many as possible, in 853 ID she started the . During the war she created many nomadic groups, where those who wanted to escape the war could find a new life.

After the war these group started to be known as and developed a culture of their own. Suri is to this day considered to be the leader of the Grey Nomads.
