Due to its innately good climate, thanks to the winds from the Luhevise Gulf and the richness of its history, Enna has always attracted artists, merchants and people of noble birth. For centuries Enna has been a refuge from the hardships of winter for many aristocrats.

The name of city comes from the founder of Mersan , literally “Great Soul” in Alhyr.

History

In 195 ED, Enna was a small portual city, but became a common refuge for those escaping from the . During the following years the population of the city grew exponentially.

In 112 ID, when was founded, Enna was chosen as the capital of the nation. This decision came only after a war between the counties of Enna, Asthena and Mharca.
